Hi, I’m Dr. Rae De Lune. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

A space to express all that is unapologetically you.

I'm Rae (he/him), a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist specializing in short and long-term psychotherapy, transgender care, and personalized consulting services. By focusing on key concerns like identity, relationships, dating dynamics, neurodiversity, complex trauma, existential stress, anxiety, depression, and personal growth, I aim to provide tailored mental health support for adults seeking a better understanding of themselves and their world.

“Rae has been the most authentic therapist I’ve ever had.”

Rae helped me process my narrative, explore my queer identity, and engage in dating and relationships in an entirely different way. After meeting with several therapists over the years, Rae has been the most genuine and supportive of my mental health needs.

How we can work together

I'm a clinical psychologist with deep experience in LGBTQ+ and transgender-affirming care, women’s mental health, and neurodiversity. My approach is warm, direct, and evidence-based. We’ll pair practical tools with deeper work on attachment, identity, and meaning, pacing everything to your system.

I’m Rae.

With over a decade of experience, I have honed my expertise in mental health support by working in university counseling centers such as the University of Colorado, Boulder, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and Yale University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving diverse populations including college students, professionals, academics, artists, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I work with a variety of people tired of carrying it alone. My clients want fewer spirals and more steadiness; relationships that feel safe without self-erasure; clarity around identity decisions; and relief from masking or perfectionism. They value a therapist who “gets” queer/trans and neurodivergent life, offers honest feedback, and tracks real progress - and they’re ready to trade coping for growth and build a life aligned with their values.
